Application Requirements

Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service and call handling.

Fluency in one of the following languages: Arabic, English, Hindi, or Filipino.

Proficiency in typing and data entry during calls.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complaints with tact and professionalism.

Ability to use phone and headset efficiently without causing or experiencing discomfort.
