Return and Refund Policy
You have the right to request a refund of the paid fees after 60 business days from the completion and delivery of the service, provided that you mention the reason for the refund request so that we can improve the service in the future.
To exercise your right to a refund, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement.

We will refund the amount to you no later than 30 days from the day we receive your refund request. We will use the same payment method that you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for this refund.
Conditions for Return:
Failure to receive the requested service.
The person requesting the refund must be the same person who made the payment.
If someone else requests a refund and is not the beneficiary of the service, the beneficiary's approval is required.
In case of any dispute or misunderstanding, the courts of Abu Dhabi Emirate are the competent authority to resolve it.
